WINNIPEG – Bright, airy, and well-lit spaces, filled with high-tech equipment help support an expanded class of psychiatric nursing students at Brandon University’s campus in Winnipeg.
In fact, 50 per cent more students than before are already using the space, thanks to renovations over the past year and new funding from the province.
The Brandon University (BU) community is mourning the passing of John C. B. English, on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022 at the age of 85.
English joined BU in 1987 as a faculty member in the post-diploma Bachelor of Science in Mental Health (BScMH) program and served the University until his retirement in 2005.
Fifteen upper-years students will present their research as the Senior Colloquium returns to Brandon University (BU) on Monday, April 12.
The Colloquium was cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but will take place online this year, with live presentations to be streamed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
BRANDON – Tassels were moved from one side of their caps to the next, as Brandon University’s newest alumni marked the symbolic moment when they moved from student to graduate.
Convocation concluded today at BU with two ceremonies, as hundreds of graduates received their degrees from the Faculties of Arts, Science, Health Studies and the School of Music.
