Marshall Morrisseau, one of two youths to join the Canadian delegation at the United Nations in Vienna, has returned home to Brandon with new tools related to substance use and trauma.

Library closes Monday; all in-person spring and summer courses will be suspended to continue coronavirus fight
Brandon University students will still be able to graduate and get their degrees this spring, but the traditional Convocation ceremonies will be postponed.
“This was an extremely tough decision but calling off Convocation should further drive home the seriousness of the pandemic that we are facing,” said BU President David Docherty.
BRANDON – Courses are set to resume on Monday, March 23, but there will be no in-person classes, labs or educational work at Brandon University (BU) for the remainder of the Winter 2020 term.
There will also be no in-person exams for the reminder of the term.
Brandon University will remain open next week. However, all classes will be suspended and on-campus events postponed, starting Friday evening, as BU continues to respond to the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation.

Brandon University is joining a national campaign to celebrate the positive effects of combining work experience with learning.
The national campaign will run throughout the month of March led by Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada, or CEWIL, the lead organization for work-integrated learning in Canada.
