The Brandon University Bobcats men’s and women’s soccer teams enter their second season of Manitoba Colleges Athletics Conference play on the weekend with one giant difference.
They now have a brand new soccer field on campus.
BRANDON, MB – A public exhibition showcasing new work by Ben Davis is on display until December in the Tommy McLeod Curve Gallery on the second floor of the John E. Robbins Library at Brandon University.
An Artist Talk will be held Thursday, September 24, starting at 4:00 p.m.
BRANDON, MB – MNP is honouring the memory of Shawn de Delley, a long-time MNP employee and supporter of Brandon University (BU), with a significant bursary to assist students enrolled in the University’s Bachelor of Business Administration program.
MNP’s gift of $25,000 will be matched with an equal amount from the Manitoba Scholarship and Bursary Initiative (MSBI).
BRANDON, MB – Two professors from Brandon University’s (BU) Faculty of Health Studies Psychiatric Nursing program have collaborated on a new book aimed at supporting caregivers in the mental health field. Supporting Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Illness, co-authored by Debra Dusome and John Simpson (retired), explores topics of interest to those that provide care for individuals with co-occurring intellectual disabilities and mental illness.

Brandon University is the latest Canadian campus to embrace gender-neutral washrooms for students and faculty.
Just in time for the 2015-2016 school year, the university has established 14 single-stall, accessible washrooms, in addition to the one already available in the Healthy Living Centre.
BRANDON, MB – The academic year begins next week with over 500 new students and 2,500 returning students embarking on a new fall term at Brandon University (BU). The first day of class is Wednesday, September 9th, but students will begin getting orientated Tuesday, September 8th.
PUMP (People up Meeting People), a high-energy group-building icebreaker event, is always a big with all that attend.
