The BU School of Music Annual Open House will occur Thursday and Friday, October 29 and 30, 2009.

BRANDON, MB – Men’s Volleyball Coach Russ Paddock is thrilled to announce the signing of Australian native Frederick Marsh to the program for the 2010-11 season. Marsh is a 7’1” middle who has experience with the Australian National Team and playing professionally in Europe.

“The well-being of our students and staff are of the upmost importance here at BU,” says Brandon University’s President and Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Deborah Poff. “This policy helps encourage healthy living along with adding to the ongoing campus beautification.

BRANDON, MB – Brandon University Athletics is proud to announce six Bobcats were named Academic All-Canadians from the 2008-09 season. This award is presented to student athletes who maintain an A-minus grade average while playing for a varsity team in the CIS. That translates to a GPA of 3.7 or higher at BU.
“Competing in the demanding Canada West conference as well as receiving academic honours is a real example of the ultimate student-athlete,” says Athletic Director Kirk De Fazio.

On Thursday, September 3rd, Brandon University will be inviting staff to a seminar, celebrating and marking the importance of teaching in a university context. The event will start with new President & Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Deborah Poff.
