A public gallery at Brandon University is showcasing a display of local history.
The Tommy McLeod Curve Gallery is located on a distinctive curved wall on the second floor of the John E. Robbins Library and often houses displays of art, photography, and creative work.

The national honour recognizes her innovative and impactful approach to engaging students with primary sources in historical studies.
The Government of Canada today recognized Chanie Wenjack as a person of national historic significance, sparked by a student’s public history project at Brandon University.
Wenjack was an Anishinaabe boy from Marten Falls First Nation in northern Ontario who lived for three years at the Cecilia Jeffrey Indian Residential School near Kenora.
