BRANDON – To mark this month’s additional day and to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Brandon University (BU) Clarinet Festival, the pro series will present a recital featuring famed clarinetist Franklin Cohen on Saturday, Feb. 29.
Franklin Cohen will perform as part of the Brandon University Clarinet Festival on Saturday, Feb. 29 at the Lorne Watson Recital Hall.
This concert will be Cohen’s premiere performance in the BU School of Music’s pro series.

The Brandon University (BU) Concert Choir will welcome back four of its former members as soloists for a concert this week.
Soprano Sharon Rogers, mezzo Erika Rasmussen, tenor Clint McLachlan and bass Nicholas Urquhart will join the BU Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. Andrée Dagenais, for a performance of Mozart’s Requiem on Saturday, March 23 at Knox United Church.
BRANDON – After an absence of two years, the internationally acclaimed Lu Piano Duo returns to the Pro Series on Tuesday in the Lorne Watson Recital Hall at Brandon University (BU).
Currently on faculty at the University of Utah’s School of Music, the husband-and-wife team of Jie-deng Lu and Ning Lu will present an all-Mozart programme.
