Some of Brandon University’s (BU’s) talented voices will be showcased as the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM) Prairie Mountain invites the community to attend the Healing Songs fundraising concert.
This special evening of music, in support of mental health programs across Manitoba, will take place on Friday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m., at Knox United Church, 451 18th Street. The event will feature performances by the BU Chorale and Concert Choir in an inspiring night of music and community connection.
Healing Songs aims to raise awareness and support for mental health services while highlighting the powerful role music can play in healing and bringing people together. The evening will feature a silver collection, with all proceeds going directly to support MDAM’s mental health programs and services.
Community members are encouraged to attend and experience an uplifting evening of music while contributing to vital programs that help individuals living with mood disorders.
