The online ordering system for Brandon University Student ID cards is now open. Student ID card are your passport to many BU services and supports, including after-hours access to campus buildings and spaces, where required.
Please read the following important notes:
- Clinical ID Cards for Health Studies should not be ordered using this process, please contact your instructor for those requests.
- You must be registered for your courses prior to ordering your card.
- Card orders will only be accepted online only and pick up is in person only – there is a 5 business day turnaround on card orders.
- Brandon campus can pick up in Brandon and Winnipeg Psychiatric Nursing Students can pick up in Winnipeg.
If you are living in Residence this fall, your card will be held here and given to you at time of arrival. Assiniboine College students living in Residence may also apply for their card using the process below.
If you have an existing Student ID Card for 2023-2024, it will remain active only until Aug. 30 for campus access.
