This article is over 1 year old.

Late Thursday morning, there was a large crash near Carberry on the Trans-Canada Highway, where RCMP say that 15 people have died, with 10 more injured. They believe that most victims are seniors from the Dauphin area, where a support centre has been established. Those looking for information on their relatives can call 204-647-5058.

Our thoughts are with the victims, including those injured, and our deepest condolences go to their families and loved ones. Our thoughts as well are with the many first responders at the scene of this tragedy and all those working in health-care facilities.
