BRANDON, Man. — For one incredible evening of music, Toronto jazz drummer Nick Fraser brings his quartet, featuring New York City saxophonist Tony Malaby, to the Pro Series at Brandon University (BU).
Cellist Andrew Downing and bassist Rob Clutton will join Fraser and Malaby on stage at the Lorne Watson Recital Hall on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m.

The Manitoba Craft Council exhibition Play, Precarity and Survival will open at Brandon University’s (BU’s) Glen P. Sutherland Gallery of Art on Thursday.
The professional, travelling exhibition features the work of well-respected Canadian artists who use ceramic history, material properties and production processes to explore contemporary identities.

The Brandon University (BU) Hawkweed Literary Forum presents an exciting Literary and Sound Art Performance by world renowned Toronto poet and sound artist Paul Dutton on Tuesday, Sept. 27. Following his performance, Dutton will give a sound art masterclass.
