Convocation is one of the most important annual events at Brandon University, and the culmination of a student’s academic journey. It is where degrees are granted, accomplishments are recognized, and achievement is celebrated.
Brandon University is looking for a photographer or visual creative agency to help us capture, preserve, and share these special moments, and has posted an RFQ for a three-year contract, with option to extend.
Interested parties are invited to review the RFQ below and to send in a submission by 4 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2026.
Convocation 2026 will be held on Thursday and Friday, May 28 and 29 this year.
