Online ordering opens for Student ID cards

This article is over 2 years old.

The online ordering system for Brandon University Student ID cards is now open. Student ID card are your passport to many BU services and supports, including after-hours access to campus buildings and spaces, where required.

You must be registered for your courses prior to ordering your card.

Card orders will only be accepted online and pick up is in-person only. Please order as early as you can as there will be a 7-day turnaround time on all cards.

If you are living in Residence this fall, your card will be held here and given to you at time of arrival. ACC students living in Residence may also apply for their card using the process below.

Clinical ID Cards for Health Studies should not be ordered using this process, please contact your instructor for those requests.

If you are a student with Special Access on your Student ID card that has been coordinated through your faculty of study (ie: after hours entrance for research or practices), please DO NOT order your new Student ID card early, wait until September 1st to do so.  Once a new card is ordered and processed it will deactivate your existing card and accesses will not work. When your new card is issued you will need to visit your faculty to have special accesses requested and added to the new card.
