Bell Let’s Talk Day is Thursday, Jan. 28 in 2021. Again this year, Brandon University is proud to support Bell Let’s Talk Day through their various initiatives to increase awareness and acceptance around mental health. There are so many ways to help; from learning how to recognize stressors to supporting someone facing mental health challenges. With COVID-19 having such a significant impact on our daily lives, these unusual circumstances have affected how we cope with stress and how to look after our mental health.
On the BU Wellness webpage, employees will find resources courtesy of Bell Let’s Talk and Homewood Health. Learn more about self-care and how the simple act of showing kindness can have a positive impact on mental wellness.

To assist managers and supervisors, there is also an informative webinar related to mental health during COVID-19 called The Second Wave and Your Mental Health.
We encourage you to take a few minutes to watch the videos and read the resources.
