Three teams have qualified for an inaugural Iron Chef competition that will be hosted next semester at Brandon University’s Harvest Hall.
Teams were picked following a series of ‘minute to win it’ challenges overseen by Harvest Hall chefs, who will also be coaching each team.

Brandon University (BU) will host novelist, poet, and writer Larissa Lai next week for two events open to the public.
On Monday, Nov. 25, Lai will read from her work.

Brandon University’s dining hall is offering a 25 per cent discount to serving members of the military and veterans throughout November.
“We are always open to all members of the public, but we are making a special effort to welcome veterans and members of the military this month, so that we can help recognize and honour their service,” said Nicholas Namespetra, BU’s Manager of Food Services.
