Power restored to campus

This article is over 5 years old.

UPDATE:

Power has been restored to all areas of campus. Thanks to the crews for their hard work, and to everyone for their patience.

EARLIER:

A power outage early Saturday morning has left several buildings at Brandon University with no power or with limited power. The buildings currently without power are:

  • Library
  • Health Studies (both old and new portions)
  • Education
  • Clark Hall (generator providing emergency lighting only)

All other buildings, including residences, Harvest Hall, McKenzie, Brodie and the HLC are unaffected.

Brandon University crews are working with Manitoba Hydro to restore power as quickly as possible. This post will be updated when power has been restored.
