This article is over 5 years old.

The faculty and staff of Brandon University are ready for the holiday season.

Members of the Faculty of Health Studies took time out of their hectic December schedules and showed off their creativity by decorating their office doors in the spirit of the season.

The Department of Nursing and Department of Psychiatric Nursing went a little further than just ramping up the spirit in the building they also spread some holiday cheer through the community. The Social Committee, including Dean Care, Judy Ramsey, Marcy Goetz, Chrisy Heaman, Kelly Beaumont, Nadine Smith and Amber Barbeau, also coordinated some holiday community giving activities for the Faculty. They arranged an edible auction to raise money for Mary’s House and adopted a family from Salvation Army for the holiday season.

Their efforts join a tradition already in place in the Department of Biology, which holds an annual door-decorating contest.
