The Senate Office has completed its preliminary review of all graduation applications.
Please check your graduation status on your student information portal.
- If your status says “OK Pending Final Grades”, the deadline for all grades is May 13, 2016. This is for all incompletes, letters of permission and final grade for BU courses.
- If your status says “Contact Senate Office” please call 204.727.9751 from 8:30 a.m. to noon or from 1 to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- If it says “Ineligible to Graduate” you should check your student email for a message describing your situation. You can also call 204.727.9751 from 8:30 a.m. to noon or from 1 to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The last day to order your gown for graduation from the Gaspard website for a cost of $33.34 is Wednesday May 18, 2016 at 4:30pm. You can find the information at brandonu.ca/convocation/grad-info/. You can rent your gowns on the day of graduation for a cost of $35.00.
