Legendary Leadership – AMM 2015

Chris Goertzen, AMM president, opens the 17th Annual Convention in Brandon to a large full room of local governments. I invited all to take on the intentions of being legendary leaders, locally and across the province. Federal Minister Mihychuk, in her first official presentation, restated that we need to work together, regardless of political stripe. As well, reinforced the importance of evidence based policy making. Manitoba Hon. Caldwell, a founding direction of AMM 17 years ago, spoke about infrastructure investment as a shared goal of positive change. RDI sees leadership by MAFRD in preparing a rural economic strategy.
